Nilesh Shah appointed as AMFI Chariman

The Managing Director (MD) of Kotak Mahindra Asset Management, Nilesh Shah, has been appointed as the Chairperson of the Association of Mutual Funds in India (AMFI) during the board meeting on Sep 23, 2019, media reports. He will be replacing Nimesh Shah, MD and CEO of ICICI Prudential AMC, who was appointed as AMFI’s Chairperson in 2018.
