SEBI may ask Debt MF to furnish Securitised Debt Details

According to media reports, Securities and Exchange Board of India is expected to ask mutual funds to provide details of their asset allocation to securitised debt papers issued by promoter group companies. All debt mutual fund managers may soon be required to reveal details of structured deals having investments in securitised debt of companies that are pledged by promoter shares.
