Individuals holding a GST registration number, such as mutual fund distributors (MFDs) and insurance brokers, have been requested to complete Aadhaar verification by the Centre Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC). From Jan 01,2022, aadhaar authentication will be required.
