SEBI asks mutual funds to inform Credit Rating Agencies regarding changes in investment terms

The Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) issued a circular on Sep 6, 2019, asking mutual fund companies to notify credit rating agencies about any changes made in the investment terms as and when they occur. The fund companies are also required to provide information on extension in maturity of money market or debt market securities along with the justification for doing so.
