As per data reported by Association of Mutual Fund in India (AMFI) for Aug 2019, net inflow in equity-oriented schemes (both open-ended and close-ended) rose 12.34% to Rs. 9,090.04 crore. That compares with Rs. 8,091.83 crore in Jul 2019. This was majorly driven by strong inflows in large cap, multi cap and small cap funds, as investors sentiment continues to stay positive even amid economic uncertainty and market volatility.
