According to media reports, ICICI Prudential Mutual Fund settled its case with SEBI pertaining to its huge investment in the IPO of affiliate ICICI Securities Ltd. The fund house paid Rs. 89.86 lakh, while the managing director and chief executive officer paid Rs. 6.8 lakh as settlement. The settlement was done following SEBI’s investigation on the violation of mutual fund rules.
