Indiabulls Mutual Fund announces change in fund attributes of Indiabulls Income Fund

Indiabulls Mutual Fund has announced change in the fundamental attributes of Indiabulls Income Fund effective from Feb 18. Accordingly, the scheme is proposed to be categorized as an open ended medium term debt scheme investing in instruments such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 3 years and 4 years. The revised objective of the scheme is to generate a steady stream of income and medium to long term capital appreciation/gain through investment in fixed income securities such that the Macaulay duration of the portfolio is between 3 - 4 years. Portfolio Macaulay duration under anticipated adverse situation is 1 to 4 years. However, there can be no assurance that the investment objective of the Scheme will be achieved.
