IDFC Mutual Fund has announced appointment of Mr. Daylynn Pinto and Mr Sumit Agrawal as the fund managers in the equity investment team of IDFC Asset Management Company Limited. Accordingly, with effect from Oct 20, Mr. Daylynn Pinto will manage IDFC Tax Advantage (ELSS) Fund, IDFC Tax Saver (ELSS) Fund and IDFC Sterling Equity fund (jointly with Mr. Anoop Bhaskar). Mr Sumit Agarwal will manage IDFC Imperial Equity Fund and equity portion of IDFC Monthly Income Plan. The equity portion of IDFC Arbitrage Fund and IDFC Arbitrage Fund will be jointly managed by Mr. Yogik Pitti and Ms. Meenakshi Dawar, while the debt portion will be managed by Mr. Harshal Joshi.
