Religare Invesco Mutual Fund has undergone name change and is now known as Invesco Mutual Fund, effective from May 6. The name, Religare Invesco Asset Management Company Pvt. Ltd. has been changed to Invesco Asset Management Company (India) Pvt. Ltd., effective from May 3. Religare Invesco Trustee Company Pvt. Ltd. has been changed to Invesco Trustee Pvt. Ltd., effective from Apr 29. The name of the schemes will be renamed by replacing the words ‘Religare Invesco’ with ‘Invesco India’ wherever they appear. Some of the sections have also undergone changes.
